Alldays is a very small 'one-horse-town', about 40km east of Rietfontein farm, -direction Vivo /  Dendron.

The following is available in Alldays -at a price. Nothing is cheap, so please make provision in advance.

* 2x Outomatic banktellers (Standardbank and ABSA) -no 'real' banks in town.

* 2x Butcheries

* a Bakery, only providing bread and nothing else.

* a Post Office

* a Liquor store (Prices VERY high)

* 2x 'Garages' for fuel. This is the last place to fill up before you reach the farm.

* 3x Churches (NG, AGS and Gereformeerd)

* 2x Restaurants: Delicious and Lily's

* 3x 'Watering holes' just outside Alldays, namely: 'At se gat', "Munala Lodge' and "Matoppi's"

Closer to the farm, there is also "Makkopas Nest Lodge, and "Platjan Lodge" that also makes for very cosy evenings.

Somewhat further out are: Blouberg Nature Reserve, boasting the biggest Vulture colony, with a Vulture 'restaurant'.

About 100km east are the World Heritage site of Mapungubwe.. This forms part of National Parks Board, so gate fees are in line with their's. Althought there are a nice kiosk, noboy ever 'man' it, so it will be saver to bring your own provisions.

Very important: The last good cellphone reception are close to the main gates and the river. So plan for that.
