Terms and conditions:

* No hunting from vehicles.

* Hunting only during daylight hours permitted.

* Full rate will be charged for any wounded animals. Fines will be charged on missed shots.

* NO animals, -other then agreed upon, may be hunted.

* No hunters will be allowed in the field without a guide.

* All carcasses to be processed at provided facility, and not in the field.

* No hunting allowed on a Sunday.

* No Calibre smaller then .243 allowed.

* A Minimum of 3 days with atleast 4 hunters with 3 rifles needs to be booked.

* A Maximum of 6 hunters will be allowed in the field similtaniously.

* A Deposit of 1 nights accommodation (for the group)is payable with reservation. Please check availability before you fill in the booking form. Confirmation will follow via e-mail.

* Game is payable in cash or via EFT from the farm's office before departure. Please pre-load Rietfontein as a benificiary on your electronic banking service provider, prior to this choice of payment, as we do not have cell reception at the office.

* Make sure about the sex, size and species that you want to shoot. It's not the guides responsibilty.

* Tips for guides will be at each hunter's own discretion, and payable before departure, not in advance..

* No alchol to be provided to guides..
